Mehndhi - Can call this as Henna Tatto

Mehandhi : This is my hand. I applied.

Mehndhi is very famous in india. Indians ususally use this at the time of festivals and functions.

Mehndhi is temporary art done on the body with henna. Henna is formed from a plant . This plant leaves are harvested ,dried and then crushed to make a henna powder.

Henna powder is green in colour , but the stain it leaves will be in orange or red in colour.

This powder should mixed with lemon juice and some other chemical liquid and make it as a paste and then put it inside a cone and start design your hands.

After removing the henna, the hand colour changes like this orange red.

Somanathpur Temple in INDIA - - Greatest Archi!!!!!

Keshava temple is located in Somanathpur on the banks of the river Cauveri ,38km from Mysore, karnataka state in India. Last September i visited this place along with my family and friends. We really wonder about outer carving of this temple. The outer carvings are so different in shape and design.
Five sculptors carved around 194 images on the outer walls it seems.They used chisel and hammer.

This temple is a very old temple and believe that it was built by Somnath (army commander) in 1268 AD .(740 years ago)

They deliver the message through the carvings. They carved many different creatures like humans, animals, birds etc..

In this temple several elephants holding up the temple, but each and every one is different in poise and decorated with bells and chains.

This temple is truly unique in design.

Niagara .....

One of the greatest attraction for all the people is Niagara Falls. Its my luck i got a very great opportunity this year (sep 2010) to visit Niagara.

Niagara is a place where we admire a lot about the nature. I like the"Maid of the Mist"- Boat ride.

Wow!!!! Its excellent to see. Our two eyes is not enough to see the Niagara. I felt like that. Its beautiful,beautiful and beautiful.

Niagara falls got two views . one is from Unites States(New york) and other is from Canada (Ontario). The view from Canada is great !!!!!! Wonderful!!! Marvelous!!!!

We have to form sequence using strategy.

Really a cool game for family and friends.

We can also play as a team 2,4 ,6 8,10 ,12 members can play this .

Using cards and colour coins we have to play this game.

Easy to play, anybody can play , very basic rule thats it.

Glass Painting

I hope everybody aware of glass painting. I learnt this painting when i was in my college days.

It is really a creativity work. I enjoy myself when i do painting. This art will be helpful also sometime. how ? this question ur aksing ......You paint according to the occasion like Birthday or wedding. Paint it in a different style of co lours and gift it. It will be awesome gift for your friend . I do this when i get free time at home.

To control hair fall try to use

1. olive oil - Apply and do good massage for scalp

2. Alovera paste - It is a good conditioner

3. franch oil - Use it if you have dandruff.(mix it with coconut oil and then apply)

If your skin is burning due to many reason just apply Vicco turmeric cream. Immediate relief you will get it.

To reduce weight:

Buy a protein powder and lots of vegetables and fruits.

Daily : BreakFast - Always protein powder

Lunch and Dinner - Always fruits and vegetables(boiled or cooked with less oil)

Snacks - protein Bar/ Powder or fruits

If possible do exercise ( swimming daily) , it will also help .(Use swim cap always to avoid hair fall)

Healthy food or to put weight:

Eat always protein rich food,lots of nuts,juices,fish and eggs.
